Boring range from diameter 24 mm to 500 mm


Available in a range of 12 different boring head sizes and a double-insert cutting head that allows for heavy roughing without the need for individual slide adjustments thanks to the adjusting spindle. Equipped with a safety clutch, heads and cartridges are available in 75°, 90°, and other approach angles for various insert geometries (CC, NC, TC, WC, etc.).

Micro Head

Boring range: diameter 6 mm to 38 mm


Precision adjustment via a graduated dial with 0.002 mm diameter increments. Internal preload system prevents movement once the head is locked for machining. Available in steel and carbide, for different insert geometries.

Cartridges

Both inserts cut in the same axial and radial plane. Offset boring can be performed by altering the symmetry through cartridge adjustment.
One of the two cartridges is 0.5 mm taller. The insert of this cartridge cuts axially ahead of the other. This cartridge is positioned radially at a smaller diameter and performs the roughing first. The other cartridge, positioned at the full diameter, performs the finishing.

Head reducer

Greater boring depth, with heads from 22 to 200


All extensions feature a through-hole cooling system. The range includes extensions with a cooling diffuser to expel coolant to the cutting area of the head.

The reducers also feature a through-hole cooling system and are available in sizes from 22 to 85 mm.
